We offer electrically powered top-loading regeneration kilns with a capacity of 52 to 250 litres in the STUDIO series, capable of reaching temperatures of up to 1260°C. With this series, we enable you to clean diesel soot particle filters (DRPF), diesel particulate filters (DPF) or soot particle filters (RPF) through controlled, slow heating, which burns off the soot residues. Thanks to this special cleaning process, the filters do not need to be dismantled. All kilns are lined with high-quality lightweight refractory bricks; the kiln body is made of stainless steel. A stable, powder-coated base frame made of steel sections ensures stability and ease of use. The heating coils, with low surface load, are protected within milled grooves in the high-temperature-resistant insulating brick and ensure even temperature distribution within the kiln. The temperature sensor (PtRh-Pt thermocouple) has an almost unlimited service life and can be combined with all the controllers we offer.
All models are, of course, manufactured in accordance with the latest safety standards (Declaration of Conformity).
