Firing Aids

We offer a range of firing aids made from heat-resistant, low-scale stainless steel, as well as fireclay firing aids and combinations of both materials, suitable for temperatures up to a maximum of 1250°C. The firing aids are designed for various applications but can be used universally. Furthermore, it is possible to combine specific applications.

Note: The load on the firing aids depends heavily on the weight of the ceramics being fired, as well as the heating rate and final firing temperature. The stainless steel firing supports exhibit very high resistance to sooting up to 1150°C. Flat ceramics, such as tiles or plates, may warp if fired to the maximum temperature limit of the clay. We recommend testing the application.
